Our Commitment
BedPost Connect is a "Love is Blind"-style behavioral compatibility experience. Every user deserves to feel safe, respected, and in control of their identity at all times. These guidelines exist to protect that experience.
What Is Encouraged
- Genuine connections based on behavioral compatibility and shared patterns
- Anonymous, respectful conversation before mutual identity reveal
- Reporting users who violate these guidelines — it protects everyone
- Re-anonymizing at any time, for any reason
- Declining matches or ending connections whenever you choose
What Is Never Allowed Immediate Permanent Ban
- Solicitation of paid sexual services in any form, direct or coded
- Sharing another user's revealed identity outside the platform without their explicit written consent
- Sending explicit sexual content in Connect messages
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech based on any characteristic
- Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting your age, identity, or relationship status
- Attempting to circumvent the anonymous identity or reveal system
- Coercing a match into a reveal they have not chosen
Violations that result in physical or legal harm will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting & Moderation
Every match card and every chat screen has a Report button. Use it.
- All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
- Three reports from different users within 30 days triggers automatic suspension pending review
- Severe violations (solicitation, identity exposure, threats) result in immediate permanent ban
- You may appeal a ban by emailing safety@getbedpost.com
Three-Strikes Policy
Three confirmed violations within any rolling 30-day period result in:
- Permanent account termination
- All active connections severed immediately
- Permanent ban from re-registering with the same device or email
