1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the BedPost application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BedPost. BedPost Connect requires age verification. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
3. Account Creation & Security
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access: support@getbedpost.com
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Not create an account on behalf of another person or impersonate any person or entity
4. Subscription Terms
BedPost offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- iOS: Manage and cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Manage and cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions
- Web: Email billing@getbedpost.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
5. Acceptable Use
BedPost is a personal wellness and relationship analytics app for consenting adults. You agree not to:
- Harass, harm, threaten, or exploit any person
- Upload or transmit illegal, defamatory, or non-consensual explicit content
- Solicit paid sexual services of any kind
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent the App's security
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Impersonate any person or create fake profiles
- Circumvent the age verification or anonymous identity systems
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. BedPost Connect Specific Terms
BedPost Connect is a behavioral compatibility matching feature. By enabling Connect you additionally agree to:
- Complete age verification (18+) before accessing Connect
- Never share another user's revealed identity without their explicit written consent
- Never solicit paid services of any kind through Connect messaging
- Respect the re-anonymization system — if a match re-anonymizes, their identity is again private
Three-strikes policy: Three confirmed violations within 30 days result in permanent account termination and a ban from re-registering.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and design of BedPost are owned by Stetty Ventures LLC You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
BedPost is not a medical device. Fertility tracking, cycle predictions, and Connection Score calculations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stetty Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
