To request a refund, use the platform where you subscribed — see the instructions below.
How to Request a Refund
iOS (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions or Media & Purchases
- Find BedPost and tap Report a Problem
- Follow Apple's refund process
You can also go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions → BedPost → Refund
Web (Stripe)
Email billing@getbedpost.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Subsequent billing periods after the first — once auto-renewed, that period is not refundable
- The Insight Report one-time purchase, after the report has been generated and downloaded
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
Processing Times
- Apple / Google: Handled by Apple or Google; typically 3–10 business days
- Stripe (web): 5–10 business days after we approve the request
