We offer a 30-day full refund on the first purchase of any BedPost subscription — no questions asked.

To request a refund, use the platform where you subscribed — see the instructions below.

How to Request a Refund

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions or Media & Purchases
  4. Find BedPost and tap Report a Problem
  5. Follow Apple's refund process

You can also go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions → BedPost → Refund

Web (Stripe)

Email billing@getbedpost.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
