How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → BedPost → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BedPost → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings (hamburger menu) → Privacy Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

How does the Connection Score work?

Your Connection Score is a private metric calculated from your activity frequency, consistency, mood trends, and duration patterns over time. It is updated every time you log an activity. Higher scores reflect more consistent, positive patterns — it is for your eyes only and not shared with anyone unless you choose.

How does BedPost Connect matching work?

Connect uses anonymized behavioral pattern signals — not your raw data — to calculate compatibility scores. You see anonymous match cards and can Like or Pass. When both users Like each other, a mutual match is created and anonymous messaging opens. Identity reveal is a 7-stage process that both users must initiate.

How do I unlink a partner?

In the app: tap the linked partner card on the Home screen → Manage Link → Unlink Partner. Both parties are notified when a link is removed. Shared data visibility is revoked immediately.
